With the Competition Commission today outlining its plans for investigating the BAA/Ferrovial monopoly of South East UK Airports, it is interesting to see BAA's publicity spin response which is outlined in this .pdf:

It all looks quite positive for ten year's hence. No real change until 2012; and all that investment no doubt conditional on them at least retaining LHR.
