This is an AMEX Gold Business Reward Card.

2 days ago when I scheduled payment online, the due date was shown as Aug 30, for the statement date of Aug 5.

Also I remember when you schedule payment, the calendar gives you the due date and wont let you schedule payment after that?

I scheduled my payment on Aug 23.

I have asked them some info via secured email. Today they alerted me a response is online. So I went there to read the email.

Then I noticed - THE DUE DATE CHANGED TO AUG 20!!!

I went to download the online statement, and it changed there too.

Needless to say I feel lucky that I check - so I change the payment simply to Aug 9, tomorrow, just pay it.

This is downright scary!

I wonder if this incident ever happened to anyone?
