One of the iconic dishes of the Popular Local Fare Programme is chili crab. For passengers’ convenience, the crab claws are de-shelled and served in spicy, tangy sauce, accompanied by rice and mantou.
I was imagining the passengers using little hammers and nut crackers to crack open the crab claws. Knowing the mess I can make doing this (even the person sitting opposite me is not safe from my "flying" shell and sauce), it would be quite a sight in the F cabin
