I have just re read the Evening Standard article.

The man spoke little English, had recently had an operation, and a connecting flight... oh and no insurance! I as a granddaughter to an 80 odd year old would NEVER allow her to travel in similar circumstances. What is BA? A) A babysitting service B) An airline C) Social services
