I was absolutely stunned, speaking to a very reputable local chef, that Morimoto's (from IRON CHEF) older brother owns a nondescript Japanese restaurant in Palm Harbor, FL.

It was incredible ... small store, ugly strip mall on Tampa Road, only open in the evenings, but packed always and the best, freshest sushi I've had. It's right near the corner of Lake St. George (?) Worth checking out if you're in the Tampa Bay area ...
