woo hooo....thanks Concierge...i will contact MR if there are any issues, i was just kinda hoping that it would work out...that is why i booked the hotel. which, btw, screw the NOLA hotels, this one in Metairie is TIP TOP.

The concierge lounge has Coca Cola (not pepsi finally), different bottled juices, candy bars, etc. i have stayed there twice in a few weeks and they were able to upgrade me to suites both times. 32 inch flat panels. new beds (not just rehabbed ones). and the staff in not only timely, but very curteous too.

they should be proud of themselves...
