This will be the second time I tried to get a business class seat using the over 100K miles I have with QR and the second time they have denied my request. Just recently I tried to get a seat from Riyadh to Singapore in J class in February 08. I am a Gold member. I got a reply from QMiles saying that there were no redemption seats available for my dates. Do you believe it? It is 6 months away and no seats? I'm finding myself increasingly frustrated with QR and their inconsistent product both on the ground and in the air and now their FFP. I have an upcoming trip to Hong Kong in October and I'm now considering flying CX and canceling my QR reservation altogether. Why bother with FFP if you can never use the miles?
