I was waitlisted for a number of Delta flights that would get me home earlier, none of which had cleared by the time I arrived at the airport to check in. So, while checking in, I begin to discuss my SDC options with the agent. She then offers her advice, "if I were you, I'll stick with Continental. Their first class is a whole lot better than ours."

While she may be correct, I can't believe she actually said it.
