I hope you got the DL flight to VCE. I forgot to mention that if you want to use AA across the pond to LGW, you can fly LGA/JFK to RDU and connect to AA174 777 service from RDU-LGW. But I don't know if BA offers flights from LGW to PMO or CTA.
