While she may be correct, I can't believe she actually said it.
As discussed in many past threads, the truth in her statement is undeniable as CO flies their International BF to Hawaii. Last year I had to go to Hawaii frequently for business and with the exact same price between DL and CO it was an absolute "no-brainer" to go with CO despite a stopover in LAX. The overnight trip back is insufferable on DL unless you can snag 7E or F (only passible to LAX or SLC) whereas the 50" pitch and BF seat is a god-send.
