The only option to request a meal JL First is Japanese or Western. You have the option of requesting a beef/chicken/seafood, or, Japanese meal. There is no SQ/TG style of requesting a specific meal. However, the food is very good...I have never seen JL have a food shortage...but if you want something specific, phone JAL reservations so they know what you want...enjoy your trip....I love JAL!
