I'm sure you're right but when I complained of not getting any upgrades for 6 months, MP sent me lots of 500 miles but told me that I cannot have the confirmable ones as they're tightly audited and so cannot be sent out just because United forgot to send me the certs !

There we go - hopefully I'll have better luck next quarter.
