I called to complain recently since I've received hardly any certs this year even though I've flown over 160,000 miles on UA to date. They said they'd send me out some certs and today I received 4 books of 500 miles certs and 4 confirmed NA upgrades.

But if the above post from pgupta011 is correct, I should have received 16 books of 500 mile upgrades so far plus I don't know how many NA upgrades.

Oh well, what I really need is more Intl upgrades for next year.
