Pgupta is correct on the 500 mile certs. You should look and see how many miles your statment shows you flew for that period. That determines how many 500 mile certs you receive with the statement.

The 1K confirmable certs are mailed after the end of each quarter. As a 1K you receive 2 per quarter and 2 additional certs if you fly more than 10K miles in that quarter. I think I got that one right. I know that I get four one way certs per quarter and I fly around 25K miles per quarter.
