I for one cannot understand how UA has done nothing to solve these problems. I've been trying to check my account balance off and on for the past two hours, but the pages won't load correctly. Sheesh.

If my site was doing that crap for an hour I'd be all over it. C'mon, UA...your site is T R A S H ! ! !
