This isn't a temporary problem.. it has been happening to me for months. I have tried it with IE 5.0, Netscape 4.x, and so on... it happens often. If you back out and reenter, it goes away, after anywhere from 1-5 tries.

I have written GetThere.com's tech support via the site, but do not get a response. It is very, very disappointing.
