It seems to be a temporary problem with their server. Hit the Back button on your browser then try again. It will usually work on the second (or sometimes third ) time. Don't use the Forward button after Back, it will just take you to the messed up page again. Don't use the browser Refresh/Reload button. That sends you back to the login page for UA Connections.
