Sorry for what may be an obvious question to the board, but I can't get a reply to my emails, nor do I have the patience to wait on hold for tech support.

Have others had frequent problems w/ the Web version of UA Connection? E.g., entering in your requirements, and it comes back with a few extraneous html commands, but no actual data?

Unfortunately, I can't find my copy of UA Connection 3.0, so until I do, or can get in touch w/ my agent, I'm stuck.

I'm using IE5.0. Has anyone discovered problems or workarounds?
