Sorry, but even people trained for many years and who have worked for decades in this area make mistakes, bark up the wrong tree and more, in far easier situations than what is applicable to airports.
One either has the ability to "read" people or one doesn't. It can be acquired through experience (lots of experience usually), but it can not be taught.
