Flown UA F from LHR to east/west coast (even EWR) many moons ago ..found many flights at least 1 person UA staff and Purser especially on East Coast not worthy of F fare..though Euro staff rated by me more prof and natural in service (even after the awful SFO F RCC staff) I like the first seat (always fall asleep) but UA need to ugrade their staff and lounges on these routes (flew BA first out of Hong Kong and the CP lounge was the best ever -lounge,rest,cabanas...)
