Ahhh....the truth be told! Indeed, HA cabin crew do indeed
collect and stow all glass champagne flutes when the hatch is secured, prior to pushback, taxiing, and takeoff.

And, to iterate the above, Hawaiian Airlines does indeed serve pre-departure champagne and juice in glass. Very nice.
