Mrs. Andyandy and I cook most nights. Both of us love to cook. Unlike Mrs. BamaVol, neither of us like to clean up. We try to plan a fairly simple menu for week nights. Tonight its warm goat cheese salads w/ balsamic. Like others have said, we tend to reserve more elaborate dishes for the weekend.
