My recent experience of AS was very poor. They only seem to like their own elites. Recentl travelling YVR-LAX-YVR full F ($1K) and I was not able to use their lounge because I was travelling on AA code share and booked through AA.com....well that was what I wastold when I checked in.

Seems dumb to me!
