Resident Alien travelling to Canada without Green Card
Hi

My dad just landed in the US as a Resident Alien. It seems like it takes 3-5 weeks before they mail out the Green card.

I live in Canada and my dad wants to visit me. Can he travel to Canada before he receives his Green Card?? Can he provide his passport with the resident alien visa entry as proof?
