I haven't handed any out, but I have 2 persons in mind. They haven't been working the last 4 trips I've made. In both cases, they did something for me prior to my receiving the certs, but I'd like them to be rewarded all the same. I know that they routinely provide service above and beyond the call of duty so I expect they already have received some and will know what to do with them.
