Seriously? the AVOD was unwatchable on both my recent longhaul sectors. I did mention it to the FA a couple of times on the outbound and a reset didn't sort it. I didn't even bother to complain on the way back because I'd been upgraded to FIRST and it felt churlish to complain
As ab aside, I recently got a 10k miles "service recovery" because of a very serious mistake made by the USA EC call centre with a booking change (they left me stranded in the USA for five days!) so I'm wondering if I was short changed if a broken AVOD is worth 10k miles
