Even if everything Yamashita was saying is true my response but be a different one: It is not that HA is making billions of $$$ and by cutting cost wants to make even more money. HA is losing money and needs to look at those opportunities just to stay alive.
Having said this, with some of the decision you might still have to ask whether it is the right thing to do to outsource your customer service.
