I can whole heartedly recommend the Chisun Shinsaibashi Hotel in the Namba area as a place to crash.

A single (inclusive of taxes and breakfast) shouldn't cost you more than ¥7,000. You may need to get it from a site such as Expedia as the hotel rack rate can be much higher than this. It's one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at - the bed is comfortable, the decor isn't depressing, the toilet has an electronic bidet, it's in a great area.
