Has anyone been able to stop Chase (or any credit card really) from sending the balance transfer checks? I get these weekly, plus a slew of bonus checks whenever a large balance gets paid off (the balance is always paid off each month, though sometimes it is particularly large) and the letter attached to the checks says something along the lines of "we noticed you paid us a large amount of $, we want to remain your credit card, so please use these checks at 3.9% interest for the first 12 minutes...." Has anyone used these checks? Having had mail stolen, I worry a lot about these checks...
