I don't think you can go wrong by staying at the Conrad on points. Also I am under the impression that a stay at the NRT Hilton is only 10,000 points. I would expect the Conrad to be substantially more.......

There are also a Hiltons in Urayasu, Chiba (Disneyland) and one more in Shinjuku(Tokyo) and as previously mentioned the Conrad in Shiodome.
