Would it make sense for me to spend 4 nights (free) there and then 3 at another hotel?
The Hilton Narita isn't in Tokyo.

So no it wouldn't make much sense at all. Unless you don't mind paying 2000+ yen a day and spending 2-3 hours a day on transportation just going back and fourth between Tokyo and Narita.
