Load factors YTD are slightly down, which isn't good for growth mode. Though considering the hit they took on the PR front for the February debacle and the follow-on mini-cancellation fiesta in March, staying level isn't too terrible. And an 83% load factor is nothing to sneer at.

I say mixed results overall.
