I book the AAA rates all the time, they're usually $10 to $20 lower than the regular rate. With 50 stays a year and over 10 years in PC, I have NEVER been asked for my card before today.

Of course, I had it, and I mentioned that I've never been asked before, and was told, "here the AAA card is worth about a $50 savings (room was $214) so we always ask."
