Breast Milk Exception just for Women?
According to the TSA website, it's ok for MOTHERS to bring Breast Milk (in any quantity) through the checkpoint with or WITHOUT their baby.
Doesn't say anything about fathers. Could we assume this is sexual discrimination? While men can't produce breast milk, that's not to say they might be separated between the mom and child, and running the relay link between them.
In addition, the rule clearly uses the word MOTHERS. That means a woman who is NOT a mother (maybe grandma or the nanny) would technically not be allowed to carry the breastmilk.
I hope the ACLU is reading this!
