I think one of my longest walks was from UA domestic to US international (at the *very* last gate at the end of the terminal) at PHL. And then the inverse (US intl to UA domestic) at BOS is pretty darn long too (although there was probably a shuttle or something between terminals that I didn't know about).
Although both probably seemed worse because US turned what was supposed to be a nice relaxing week in Bermuda into a nightmare.
