It would seem acknowledging and fixing are difficult things for AA to do...
But this might be a good example of a time to call Web Services - they tend to be most helpful with these issues, and it is their bailiwick that is dealing these cards. Anyone have success with this way of dealing with the fare class bug?

Shouldn't it then be able to be changed after the fact by a res agent without a change fee
