I am starting to book flights for BGI next year.I am experiencing same hassle online,80K for a booking that s/b available to me at 40K.
I book a rev ticket for myself,generally.The YSB/YYZ/BGI combo is not even available on the AC web-site(many others are,just not the one I want

For the last number of years,I have called my TA and given them the fee to do all the bookings.I know the dates,times and routings.In 3 minutes TA has all info,and bookings are done quickly.I can be much more productive in my workplace to generate those fees back quickly.No stress.: AE gets no fees from me.
