Yes the concierges can make you feel like royalty. I remember a few years ago we were being taken to the plane by bus at Narita. My partner, the concierge, the bus driver and I were the only 4 people on a bus that seated about 40. When we got out to the plane there was alread a bus load of people there (crammed bus load), but they wouldn't let them off the bus, because we hadn't gotten on the plane yet. We then went up the first stairway and they closed the door behind us.

I felt like waving when I got to the top of the stairs.
