They do in some properties. But trust me they know when the property has problems. They hear it from their guests and some do report it to Hyatt Consumer Affairs.The fact that they choose to do nothing with a number of legitimate cases is their right.
Just as it is where we choose to pay and stay.
The maintenance folks also turn in reports on property.
Sadly Hyatt today no longer has solid guest/brand assurance.
That cost them virtually all of my business after decades of trust on a small handful of silly but disturbing issues.
No one is losing sleep either

Plenty to take my place

If Hyatt knows about the problems, and continue to patronize the customers, I will take my stays elsewhere. I am already moving most of my business to SPG ..........
