Filming a movie during stay?

I'm here at the Sheraton Mirage Resort in Gold Coast Australia and today they have shut down 90% of the pool/bars/lounge area to film a movie (The Ruins). Do you think that hotel guests deserve any compensation for the disruption? It's 8 AM and kids are running around yelling and there's generally a lot more noise than would be expected.

Anyone had any similar experience with this? Given the amount of money they're probably making from this rent-out - free Breakfast would be nice
