Plain non-sense from Aeroplan. I hope they waive the fee for non SE as well. I will in future ask for tech support and get authorization code to waive booking fee for ANY COMBINATION of FLIGHTS THAT DON"T SHOW UP ONLINE. Has anyone emailed Monty Brewer about this? What is his response? Oh check this out, the 24 hour refund policy if you book online, if you phone AC to cancel, they will charge you $25 to cancel. Supposedly you can cancel and ask for full refund online but is that possible?? I am skeptical this feature exist.
