OT: Muskoka/Georgian Bay/Algonquin Park cabin rentals (directly or via hotels)-w/e?
My wife/sister-in-law/11 yr old daughter have the Ontario Pass, and they wish to fly to North Bay from YOW on Aug 24, and return to YOW 48 hrs later. I will not be accompanying them. They will rent a car.
They wish to stay at a cabin each night, either as part of a hotel complex, or part of a cabin complex. They want most of the amenities of civilization in the cabin, and be part of a cabin complex or hotel complex with cabins. They would like to be near or next to a forest and/or lake. They would like to be able to hike, and also swim in a lake. They would like to see Muskoka, go on a Georgian Bay cruise, and Algonquin Park during these 48 hours.
In terms of price range, I was thinking in terms of $100 per night.
What suggestions would you have?
