Is award inventory availability any easier being a 1K. I realize that the fees charged for award tickets are often lower on other programs.
Just asking... but for me the instant KK is the main reason why I stay SE with AC. If they mess around with this again next year, I too will be looking for a new program.
Regarding the fees they charge for booking through an agent for what cannot be done online, only AE/AC would put their best customers through the hassle. They've had this problem since the outset - I haven't seen any improvements.
