The subject line says it all. I live here, so I don't know the local properties at all, and friends are coming in in the fall wanting to use MRs to have the most pleasant stay offered -- 50-ish, no kids, not tied to particular sightseeing/cultural destinations. I know there's the Renaissance right in the Loop, but have never talked to anyone who stayed there. And what about farther afield?
