I would say that the property is average, rather than "awful." I can't speak to the certificate problem but I bet that if you discuss that with a manager when you check in, you'll be OK.

Others have also reported that they have had problems with having their points crediting. I confirm that my MR number is in the record and on my receipt and I have not had a problem.
