I think thats a fair point. All of the Brands people who would usually be looking at the product and updating it are totally tied up with the T5 lounges. There will be a Concorde Room in T5 and from what I have seen it looks to offer a very much enhanced product and service level to the current one. I used to work in CR when the Concorde was in service and it was special, really very good. At the very least now you still get a conran designed space with what is still a nice catering product, even if a little slow. Personally I don't think that BA get involved enough with the training of the Eurest staff who work in the lounges. They can make or break your perception of the offerings.
