As I am new to Ambassador Status I am hoping to use my first cert....can I have some advise.
Firstly have come across a luxury weekend rate for max 4 nights stay in ICH Cologne......if I booked this, from a Sat to a Wed could I present the cert for the Sunday night stay... hence paying for 3 nights, (its through ICH online reservations)
Secondly do I notify hotel prior to arrival that I will be using the certificate or do I just present it at check in or check out.
Finally has anyone come across charging 30Euro per night extra for second adult......or is this just in German ICH.
