T1 F lounge is much nicer than T4 - bigger, champagne bar, brighter, more airy ^ If you're on the 85 then it's not too busy early afternoon either normally (fills up a bit later for the evening rush).

Frankly, as noted above, the CR is just a nicer/quieter F lounge now and nothing special. I use it if I'm entitled because it's not as crowded as the F lounge and I want a bacon baguette and the champagne I would say you miss nothing going from the T1 F lounge...except perhaps the (waning) kudos of saying you were in the CR
