My partner is relocating from Singapore to be with me in the US in the coming weeks, and she will be doing so via LHR on British Airways (Club World).

For various reasons this transit is not changeable, but I am worried that her bags will get lost in Heathrow.

Does anyone have experience of other baggage shipping providers (FedEx etc are very pricey). Speed is of the essence, and price (within reason) is less of an issue than reliability an good customer service for me. I don't want them travelling by ship.

There will be two cases as the rest is coming in a container, but obviously these cases will contain day to day essentials, and sentimental items, so I would really value any UK based companies who can offer this serice.
