AA.com states that Y, B, and H are the only valid fare economy classes eligible for AAdvantage mile accrual on Cathay Pacific.

I am playing around with some CX bookings (no codeshare) on AA.com and ITA software. I have priced out some SFO-SIN roundtrips.

The cabin booking codes are:
SFO-HKG: H
HKG-SIN: S
SIN-HKG: S
HKG-SFO: H

However, this trip is covered by the following fare rules:
SFO-SIN: HHSPCLO
SIN-SFO: HHSPCLO

I am confused since it appears I have a H fare but I am assigned a S booking code between HKG-SIN. Will I accrue AA.com miles between these two cities?
